How We Maintain On-Time Deliveries

In this post, we share our production experiences and past approach to delivery risk control.

Below, we summarize the key measures our mills are committed to implementing in order to manage risk control effectively:

a. Early Awareness: When planning the production schedule, the Sales Manager must communicate with the Production Manager, who then arranges a specific timeline for each department. Each production department must be aware of the need to maintain their segment’s delivery schedule—especially during critical periods such as national holidays or the New Year（ yarn, twisting, weaving, dyeing/finishing, and quality control) .

b. Response to Delays: In case of delays, each department manager must first elaborate an internal response plan to get back on schedule. This may include arranging additional shifts when necessary.

c. Pre-Alert System: Any department experiencing delays must pre-alert the next production segment. This allows the next segment to plan possible adjustments to compress their schedule.

d. Task Force Team: A dedicated task force within the production chain (OA or OC) will be established to coordinate special programs and ensure different departments work together to resolve unexpected delays.

e. Weekly General Control Meeting: A weekly General Control Meeting will be held to monitor all ongoing production. Special cases will be discussed based on the week’s overall situation to enable closer monitoring.

f. Logistics Preparedness: The logistics department must be informed in advance and work with various freight forwarders to explore all possible means to handle extraordinary situations. This ensures on-time fabric delivery to garment factories, especially those located overseas.
